Teknisk Analyse av Zenith Energy (ticker på Oslo Euronext Growht: ZENA)
Zenith Energy (ZENA) har utløst flere positive tekniske signaler den seneste tiden.
Aksjen har blant annet brutt over både 50-dagers og 200-dagers glidende gjennomsnitt, og nå er 50-dagers glidende gjennomsnitt nær ved å bryte over 200-dagers glidende gjennomsnitt (såkalt ‘Golden Cross signal’).
Videre så har aksjen brutt opp fra en stor rektangel konsolideringsformasjon (jf. daily chart) og har med dette utløst et kraftig teknisk kjøpssignal. I henhold til dette signalet så er potensialet for akjen i første omgang opp mot NOK 0.17 – 0.20.

Key Highlights – During the financial year ended March 31, 2022, the Company:
• Generated revenues from the production of oil, gas, and electricity of CAD$ 8,239,000 (2021 – CAD$ 596,000).
• Held inventory awaiting sale of 116,391 barrels of crude oil that had been produced in Tunisia.
• Produced and sold 131,556 Mcf of natural gas from its Italian assets (as compared to 12,713 Mcf for the corresponding period for the financial year ended March 31, 2021).
• Recorded an after-tax profit of CAD$ 64,437,000 (compared to an after-tax profit of CAD$ 3,525,000 for the financial year ended March 31, 2021).

“This positive set of results for the 2022 FY clearly demonstrate the Company’s unprecedented revenue generation which has been supported by the favourable energy pricing environment. [02.09.2022] Zenith tjente 530.000 euro i august
Zenith Energy hadde nettoinntekter på over en halv million euro fra italiensk strømproduksjon i august.
Zenith Energy produserte totalt om lag 986,5 MWh på Torrente Cigno-konsesjonen i Italia i august.
Det fremgår av en melding fra selskapet fredag.
Elektrisitetsprisene i løpet av måneden var i snitt rundt 538 euro pr. MWh, noe som resulterte i en nettoinntekt på rundt 530.000 euro. Zeniths netto produksjonskostnader forblir faste på rundt 35.000 euro pr. måned, opplyses det.
[18.08.2022] Zenith sikret nye millioner i Italia
Zenith Energy hadde nettoinntekter på drøyt 4 millioner kroner fra italiensk strømproduksjon i juli.
Zenith Energy produserte totalt om lag 996,5 MWh på Torrente Cigno-konsesjonen i Italia i juli, fremgår det av en melding fra selskapet torsdag.
Elektrisitetsprisene i løpet av måneden var i snitt rundt 419 euro pr. MWh, noe som resulterte i en nettoinntekt på rundt 417.000 euro.
Zeniths netto produksjonskostnader forblir faste på rundt 35.000 euro pr. måned, opplyses det.

[22.04.2022] Zenith venter nye millioner i Tunisia
Zenith Energy har løftet 62.000 fat i Tunisia verdt 6,4 millioner dollar.
Zenith har gjort en løfting i Tunisia på omtrent 62.000 fat råolje til en pris på om lag 103 dollar pr. fat for produksjon fra selskapets 45 prosents eierandel i Ezzaouia-konsesjonen, samt 100 prosents eierandel i El Bibane- og Robbana-konsesjonen, fremgår det av en melding fra selskapet fredag.
Totale fordringer fra salget forventes å ligge på omtrent 6,4 millioner dollar og skal betales i løpet av mai 2022, opplyses det.
Et andre internasjonalt råoljeløft for en mengde på minst omtrent 52.000 fat olje produsert fra selskapets 22,5 prosents andel i Sidi El Kilani-konsesjonen forventes å skje i juni 2022, heter det videre i meldingen.

[03.05.2022] Zenith senker gjelden
Zenith Energy har nedbetalt på gjelden til Dubai-selskap og gjort opp et konvertibelt lån.
- mai i fjor inngikk Zenith en låneavtale med det privateide, Dubai-baserte selskapet Winance for et rentefritt lån på inntil 2,1 millioner euro, til bruk på selskapets utviklingsaktiviteter i Tunisia.
- desember inngikk partene en supplerende låneavtale for et rentefritt lån på ytterligere 3 millioner euro, med varighet på åtte måneder.
Nå har Zenith gjort en nedbetaling i cash på 650.000 euro, mens resten er gjort opp med aksjer som ble utstedt som reserve da låneavtalene ble inngått.
Dessuten har selskapet gjort opp et konvertibelt lån på 2,5 millioner dollar, etter en ny nedbetaling på 0,6 millioner dollar.

Zenith Energy tildelt lisens i KongoZenith Energy har mottatt offisiell bekreftelse fra Republikken Kongo for tildeling av en ny 25-årig lisens for drift ved Tilapia-oljefeltet.
Det fremgår av en melding onsdag.
Tildelingen er nå underlagt fullføring av undersøkelser (IPU) som skal utføres i løpet av januar 2021.
I henhold til de planlagte vilkårene i Tilapia II, vil Zenith Congo drive Tilapia II i samarbeid med National Oil Company, Société Nationale des Pétroles du Congo (SNPC).

Oslo Børs stiger forsiktig fra start – energiaksje opp 70 prosentHovedindeksen på Oslo Børs stiger rundt 0,3 prosent i åpningsminuttene lille julaften.
På forhånd var det uenighet blant ekspertspådommene om indeksen skulle åpne opp eller ned, men det ser foreløpig ut til at de negative nyhetene rundt den muterte koronavarianten i Storbritannia overskygges av blant annet støttepakken i USA.
Zenith Energy spretter opp hele 70 prosent etter nyheten om at selskapet ble tildelt en lisens i Kongo.
I motsatt ende fortsetter Storm Real Estate nedgangen, og aksjen er nå ned 38 prosent siden 16. desember.

Lifting of crude oil production from Tunisia – US$6.4 million
Zenith Energy Ltd. (“Zenith” or the “Company”) (LSE: ZEN; OSE: ZENA), the listed international energy production and development company, is pleased to announce that an international crude lifting of approximately 62,000 barrels of oil has successfully been concluded at a price of approximately US$103 per barrel for production from its 45% interest in the Ezzaouia concession, as well its 100% interest in the El Bibane and Robbana concessions.
Total receivables from the sale are expected to be approximately US$6.4 million and are to be paid during the month of May 2022.
A second international crude lifting for a quantity of at least approximately 52,000 barrels of oil produced from the Company’s 22.5% working interest in the Sidi El Kilani concession (onshore Tunisia) is expected to take place in June 2022.
Andrea Cattaneo, Chief Executive Officer, commented:
“We are extremely pleased to have sold our production in the current very favourable oil price environment, registering a significant improvement over our first sale of Tunisian crude announced on July 8, 2021.
We shall use the proceeds to further strengthen our investment in the development of our Tunisian portfolio in close cooperation with our partners, having the objective of increasing our daily in-country net production to a level of 1,000 bopd by way of workover and drilling activities to be performed in the months ahead in the Ezzaouia and Robbana concessions.
